Once again Pinnacle Wrestling Camps is proud to have Gabe Flores of 7 time California State Champion Buchanan High School as its clinician/instructor. Gabe not only was a great wrestler himself, he has carried that over into his coaching as you can see in the results. Come learn from one of California's best, Gabe Flores!!

Our Novice/Beginner camp will be all in the details! We will cover multiple break downs, armbars with different finishes, cradles (love cradles) and nuteral standing position shots and finishes. Anyone who knows me will say I am a stickler for details and that would be 100% correct! A cake without an egg does not make a good cake and a cradle without the elbow pinched together does make a good cradle either! I have coached from the elementary to community college level there is a huge difference of teaching and learning.
The Novice/Advance is for the wrestler who has good fundementals and knowledge of the great sport of wrestling. Gabe will cover things a little more quickly and show all wrestlers what 7 time state champions Buchanan high school does to their opponents. Trust me, what Gabe show works at all levels from elementary to college! Pinnacle Top Work camp is just that, everything on top to turn your opponent to their back. A quick way to change the outlook of the match is to put your opponent to their back! Learn how get get back point and pins and racking up wins!!
As you know, you don't become a great wrestler without hard work and some good coaching. The Gold Oak elementary photo on the left has: 1- high school state champion, Justin Danz. 1 - high school state runner-up, Barrett Abel and 2 - high school state 3rd placers, Jordan Danz and Justin Quaile-Durham. Gold Oak wrestling also won the Clovis Takedown Tournament. The "tall" guy on the right is me, Brad Vadnais :) Gold Oak had a dynasty for 10 years in the Placerville area. I would honestly put that team up against any other elementary team, bar none!! Details, details and more details! Leave nothing to chance!!
Pinnacle Wrestling Camps were designed to bring a quality wrestling camp to you. We believe in quality over quantity. There are many wrestling camps available that show the move, go over it a few times, and it's off to another move. Then when wrestling season starts, most of the moves are forgotten.We promise that by the time our camp is over, your wrestler will retain most of everything we cover and that is HUGE!!
